Class Descriptions

Senior Chair Circuit Senior Chair Circuit
Chair exercises designed for seniors and older adults! Improve your muscular strength and range motion with safe impact free movements. Appropriate for people with lower body injuries or limitations.
Senior Cardio Circuit Senior Cardio Circuit
Senior Cardio Circuit is specifically designed for older adults looking to improve strength, coordination, range of motion, aerobic conditioning, and activities for daily living. Combining fun with fitness to bring you a safe, heart healthy workout. Easy to follow low impact aerobic routine and upper body strength training.
Total Body Training Total Body Training
A muscle-shocking interval routine  that leaves zero chance for daydreaming. For one hour jam out to the newest hip-hop and pop tunes while you do total body training.
Total Body Conditioning Total Body Conditioning
Energetic workout including strength, cardio and core in one workout. Want to get a full body workout in? This class incorporating high and low movements, one-minute intervals for weight challenges. Can involve upper and/or lower body work during the sculpting portion of the class using various equipment.
Power Flow Yoga Power Flow Yoga
Yoga is the linking of breath with movement. This will be a movement based class that will build strength and flexibility. This will be a playful practice, utilizing both basic and advance posts. The class is open to all fitness levels.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Come connect with your body and breathe as we expand our hearts and minds through the movement of yoga. We will focus on Pranayama – Breathe work, strength, alignment and flexibility while we journey through beginner, intermediate and advanced asanas and end our flow with a recharging deep relaxation. (Bring your yoga mat)
Kundalini Yoga Kundalini Yoga
This all-levels class is a traditional Kundalini as taught by Yogi Bhajan class and uses asanas (postures), mudras, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditations to balance your glandular system.  The practice of Kundalini yoga strengthens the nervous system and enables you to use the energy of the mind and the emotions, so you can control yourself rather than being controlled by your thoughts and feelings.  This is yoga for everyday life and benefits you through your breath and body movements. (Bring your yoga mat)
Group Fitness Training Group Fitness Training
A High-intensity weight training program designed for peak performance and systemic “fat-burning” RESULTS. Class is for everybody and every fitness level!
Kick Butt with Katy Kick Butt with Katy
Full body workout using weight, steppers, resistance strength. Combination of HITT exercises, each class will be different to give you a kick butt workout.
Step 'N Sculpt Step 'N Sculpt
Full body sculpting class incorporating the step for aerobic coordination and weights for additional strength and toning.
Circuit Training Circuit Training
Experience exciting one minute intervals of cardiovascular and resistance training exercises that are guaranteed to get your heart pumping and calories burning. Stations will be set up around the room and various equipment will be used to help keep the workout fresh!
Chris' Circuit Training Chris' Circuit Training
This class is designed to target all areas of the body. This is a class that also incorporates functional training. You enter average, but finish feeling amazing. Mind, body, and soul training at its finest!!
Zumba Zumba
A fusion of Latin & International music/dance themes creating a FUN, DYNAMIC & EFFECTIVE fitness system! This class utilizes the principles of aerobic & interval training to maximize caloric output & fat burning. The routines combine easy-to-follow dance steps with fast & slow rhythms that tone & sculpt the body. Bring your friends & get ready to sweat!
Zumba in the Circuit Zumba in the Circuit
Maximize your workout! Zumba in the Circuit is a 50 minute high-octane, Latin-inspired dance-fitness moves combined with interval training. It can be adapted for all fitness levels for a metabolism-boosting, strength-building workout guaranteed to thwart boredom.
Spinning ® Program Spinning ® Program
A good kind of pain! The hottest, most addictive workout in the country! Is it the non impact? Or the 800 calorie burn? The grimaces during class? Or the smiles afterwards? Who knows? What we do know for sure is everyone who takes it, loves it! From tri-athletes to neophytes! Visualizing an outdoor bike ride, sprinting at high rpm’s! Feeding off the groups energy! Pumping to the music!
