When I started doing exercise, I weighed 250 lbs and I was experiencing healht problems. That is when I made the big decision to change my life entirely. Now, I weigh 178lbs and I just keep losing. THAT gives me more motivation to continue and to help others to achieve their goals.

How do I motivate clients?

Using myself as an example, I challenge my clients to exercise and make their own change in their lives. As a Zumba instructor, I have found the way to encourage my clients to reach their goals in a fun and healthy manner.
