I have been a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer since 2007. With over a decade in this field and multiple certifications I have amassed hands on knowledge that is helpful on a daily basis.

Personal Motivation

Since a young child I studied Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Belly Dancing. Through Middle and High School I kept active with competitive Cheerleading. Now I am the mother of two amazing boys. They show me everyday how exciting life is! Having lived an active life I understand the necessity of maintaining energy, mobility, and mental fortitude. I keep going because it shows my children that life does not stay still, you have to continually be an active participant in your own life.

How do I motivate class participants?
No one can do everything but everyone can do something. Regardless of what kind of day you are having, your skill level, or the amount of willpower you possess, I will be there to help you. If you need to get inspired, have something modified, or are looking to change up your normal routine, I will coach you towards your best workout, after all a little bit of exercise is always better than no exercise.
